“Aritel UK”, “we”, or “us” refers to Aritel Limited. “Customer” or “you” means any individual, business, or organisation using our services. “Services” include telecommunications, debt management advisory, data mining, website development, and digital marketing provided by us. “Contract” refers to any formal agreement between Aritel Limited and the Customer, incorporating these terms.
Services commence upon written, electronic, or verbal confirmation and continue for the agreed term unless terminated under Section 8. We make every effort to ensure continuous and reliable services, but occasional interruptions may occur due to maintenance, upgrades, or third-party issues. For advisory and consultancy services (such as debt management or data mining), Aritel provides information in good faith; ultimate business decisions remain the Customer’s responsibility.
All charges are outlined in your quotation, order form, or service agreement. Prices are exclusive of VAT unless stated otherwise. Payments are due within 14 days of invoice unless otherwise agreed. If payment is not received within the agreed time frame, services may be suspended until outstanding amounts are cleared.
Customers are entitled to a` 14-day cooling-off period for cancellations and refunds, beginning from the date of contract or service activation, whichever is earlier. After 14 days, all payments are non-refundable, regardless of service usage. For digital marketing, website development, or consultancy projects, if work has already commenced during the 14-day period, deductions will be made for work completed before issuing a refund. Telecommunications products such as SIM cards or devices may only be returned if unused and in original packaging. Faulty items will be replaced, not refunded.
Provide accurate and up-to-date billing, identity, and contact details. Ensure services are used lawfully and not for fraudulent, harmful, or abusive purposes. For website development and digital marketing services, Customers are responsible for supplying timely content, approvals, and feedback. For debt advisory, Customers must provide accurate financial information to receive reliable advice.
Aritel Limited will not be liable for indirect, special, or consequential damages, including lost profits, business interruption, or data loss. Our maximum liability for direct loss shall not exceed the total fees paid by the Customer for the affected service in the preceding six months.Debt management advisory services do not constitute legal or financial guarantees. Customers remain solely responsible for financial decisions.
All intellectual property rights in website designs, content, reports, and marketing materials created by Aritel remain our property until full payment is received.Customers may not reproduce, share, or distribute Aritel Limited’s proprietary materials without prior consent.
Either party may terminate the agreement with 30 days’ written notice, subject to any fixed-term commitments. Aritel Limited reserves the right to suspend or terminate immediately if the Customer:
Early termination may result in charges for outstanding invoices and work already carried out.
Neither party will be liable for delays or failures caused by events outside reasonable control (e.g., natural disasters, strikes, government actions, internet outages).
We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Updates will be posted on our website, and continued use of Services indicates acceptance.
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes will be resolved in the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
